30-Day Return Window

If a product doesn’t work for you, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, please contact us within this 30-day window to discuss your return. Products must meet our return eligibility requirements, and refunds will be processed once the return is approved and any applicable return requirements are met.

Melted Products

Our beef tallow products are made with natural ingredients that may soften or melt when exposed to warm temperatures. This is a natural characteristic of tallow and does not necessarily mean the product has spoiled or lost its quality. Changes in texture or consistency are normal and may occur during warmer weather or shipping.

No Refunds or Replacements for Melted Products

We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that have melted during shipping or due to exposure to heat. If your product arrives softened or melted, allow it to cool at room temperature or place it in a cool location until it solidifies again. Alternatively, the product can be re-whipped with a hand mixer if preferred.
