​Why our beef tallow?

​Not all tallow is the same… Which is why we pride ourselves in using only the best. All of our tallow is organically sourced from the same, small farm in Illinois with pasture raised, grass fed and grass finished cattle for high quality suet. We will never lower our standard for mass produced low quality tallow. This is why our tallow doesn’t have a “beefy” smell and has a longer shelf life than most!
